Como funciona

The best way to get in touch is by phone: you can message us during our office hours, Monday to Friday (10am to 8pm, Berlin time). We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve reached out to us, if necessary we’ll suggest a consultation (of up to 45 minutes), which we can host however you prefer, i.e. via: WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, Google Meet, phonecall, voicenotes, or simply email.

From there, we can calculate your provisional fee in line with how complex your case is and how much of our input you’re likely to need.

So, in summary:

  2. If necessary, we’ll arrange an initial consultation of up to 45 minutes
  3. We’ll calculate your provisional fee and send you an invoice
  4. You’ll pay via bank transfer
  5. We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible!
