How much it costs
Our fees
Our fees are straightforward: RAMPA’s hourly rate is €60 + 19% VAT. We are open to discussing a reduced rate or payment instalment plan if you need.
If your issue is complex, meaning more time and energy is required to resolve it, don’t worry! We understand that each case is unique and will calculate a provisional fee personally for you.
Don’t need personal attention and just need a specific service? No worries! Get in touch to tell us what you need and we’ll get it done. For the following services, we charge the flat fees listed below:
- Accompanying you to appointments at public offices €60/hour
we will personally attend your appointment with you at the immigration office (Ausländerbehörde), citizens' office (Bürgeramt), civil registration office (Standesamt), etc.
- Writing cover letters €60
we will write your application letters (Bewerbung) for your room or flat search, your job search, your residence permit application, etc.
- Writing letters of complaint or defence (Widerspruch) €30 - €60
we will write letters of complaint or defence on your behalf, such as to a company, workplace, manager, public office, etc.
- Filing police reports €60
we will fill out a police report form to register an incident on your behalf, such as if you have been the victim of theft, assault, etc.
- Making phonecalls €30 - €60/hour
we will be your go-between in communicating with offices, such as the job centre (Arbeitsamt), customer service, etc.
- Translating and/or formatting CVs €60/hour
we will translate your CV into German and/or format it in line with German conventions
- Filling out forms €60/hour
we will assist you in understanding and completing forms of any kind
- Travel costs + €15/hour
we will charge our travel time for appointments, meetings, etc. (applicable only to the Berlin area)
From 2024 onwards, all fees will be subject to a 19% VAT surcharge
→ If you need help from RAMPA urgently (i.e. today or within 24 hours), we may apply a rush fee.
