→ prepare your documentation for your appointment at the immigration office

→ find work

→ find a nursery (Kindergarten) or school (Schule) for your children 

→ register with the Federal Ministry of Finance (Finanzamt)

→ apply for mandatory health insurance (as well as other optional forms of insurance)

→ apply for social benefits, such as child benefit (Kindergeld)
